When you find it difficult to be thankful, look up, look out, reach out, ask for help, you are not alone. I am blessed and thankful for the wisdom that has bespoken when the clouds blocked the sky.
I am thankful for my friends Deidra Jenkins, Julia Marracco, Kimberley Oswald Johnson and the opportunities that presented themselves with the challenges that guided an onward living purposeful direction.
The compass that is set for anywhere and everywhere, you chose to plot the coarse. Be thankful for the people, places and opportunities in your life that lift you up, cut loose the anchors holding you back and the thoughts dragging you down.
The world isn’t perfect, it never was, it never will be, but it is a beautiful place when our compassion is greater than our greed. When breaking the law is not an option or a choice. When demoralizing the values of society is not a game to see how many followers and likes where sensationalism attracts lunatics that take advantage of innocence. The fakeness in reality and we turn our eye back to humility and grace. Look up when you are blind, look up and you will shine, look up and touch the sky. There is always a better place and it to has it’s price, so be thankful for where you are, in all it’s shame, drudgery and broken dreams it is still a beautiful world.
Be honest about the ideals you are really striving for. Embrace truth. Accept the outcome whether it is positive or negative.
Stop blaming others, walk out of that darkness, open your conscious mind and speak the truth with love from your heart.
